LMB Mission Statement The mission is to assess community assets and needs, facilitate the development of services, and to monitor, evaluate, and continually improve outcomes for children, youth, and families.
*** The Harford County LMB will be restructuring under Harford County Government by January 31, 2010.
This will mean that the LMB will no longer function as a quasi-public nonprofit, but instead be a program within the Department of Community Services for Harford County Government.
