The Harford County Local Management Board, Inc.

        The Delinquency Prevention Policy Board (DPPB) is a standing committee of the Local Management Board whose role is to gather information related to delinquency and youth, and through a planning process, develop strategies to address the identified issues.  The DPPB monitors and evaluates the progress of programs funded through the Youth Strategies Consolidated Grant Program, and utilizes data to make decisions about programming.
